This private lakefront cabin on Lance Lake offers a simple, direct connection to the water, with the shoreline and dock just steps from the house. With only one nearby neighbor, the setting is quiet and low-traffic—ideal for relaxing and spending time outdoors.

The home is designed for comfort and easy group stays, making it a great fit for families, couples, or small groups. Inside, you’ll find a welcoming space to unwind along with a dedicated game room featuring pinball, foosball, darts, and board games.

Step outside and you’re immediately at the water’s edge. The shallow-entry shoreline makes it easy to swim, wade, or launch the provided kayaks, row boat, or paddleboat. The dock is ideal for morning coffee, relaxing, or getting out on the lake.

In the evening, gather around the lakeside fire pit with seating and firewood provided, or unwind in the hammocks overlooking the water. The layout between the house, yard, and lake makes it easy to move between spaces and enjoy the full property.
